Cyberdunk Season 5

February 1st is currently the date set for the first day of season 5. The season length has been extended to 73 days. Seasons were previously 70 days long. There may be a few extra days needed to get season 5 ready, so don’t be surprised to wait a few extra days for the start of the new season.

So far, there are several major changes in store for season 5. The stadium system we currently have will be overhauled. Stadiums will now play a large role in the process of making money, as there will be different seats where you may set prices. Salaries will also be more important and the money made from betting will be toned down.

Training changes will also be made. The current +6/3 days (20/40) will be removed and the following will be added:

“5/17 +5 3 days $5100 (the only one set as everyone starts out at 17 value) 22/40 +6 4 days $1240046/70 +8 7 days $4060078/102 +6 8 days $72000108/140 +4 8 days $99200” – Talad

All other training sessions available will remain the same.

An addition added recently to the game is the ability to transfer players in game, but it costs a fair amount of cyberdunk points. It is not possible to transfer teams using this feature, but it will be soon.

And last but not least, retroactive boosting will be available starting the first day of season 5. For those who don’t know, retroactive boosting is the ability to go back to previous seasons, and if you did not boost, you can boost have the skill points that were not boosted. The catch is that you must have played in the season you want to boost. So if you did not boost in season 1, you would get 20 points to boost at the regular costs of 50 cdp per skill. The max one skill can be boosted is 15 points.
